After you delete it.... wow it will tell you "DELETED SUCCESSFULLY".. Oooppss your wrong, think again... The truth is its not deleted yet..... Its still on deletion process...
usually websites will delete these files during their maintenance.... and in fast phase of file sharing today your files can be replicate in no time...

Another Rape Case??

Another US soldier has been accused of raping another Filipina.

Its a 22-year-old-university student, identified only as "Vanessa",

real name is hidden to protect

her identity.

Vanessa said the alleged rape happened last April 19 inside a hotel in Makati City.

Ok... if this is real she should file a complaint...

BUT!!

I hope what happen in Nicole's rape case will not happen here...

Many supported Nicole down to the wire

but it turn out that she forget everybody for her own sake...

she retract her first statement changing the whole story of the case...

I feel weak with this Cough and Colds.. Is this Influenza A/H1N1??

I have cough and colds...

for 2 days na....

its startetd on sunday morning...

My resistance from illnesses turns very low...

I'm sure its all because of my limited sleeping hours this pass few days...

I'm also unable to intake my regular dose of ascorbic acid..

I'm sure this is not Influenza A/H1N1..

OK.. I don't want to cause confusion so

I will not go to the closest hospital around...

and do the screening thing...

I dont really like to be quarantined...

We all succumb to a cold and/or cough a few times a year. Fluids flush out harmful impurities and toxins in our bodies, and aid in the production of mucus. Since the body uses even more fluid than usual when fighting off a cold or the flu, the body can be left severely dehydrated without it. Dehydration, among many things, can result in high fever. This is why extra water should be ingested when suffering these symptoms. In fact, the lack of water can make the cold and/or cough worse.

Water is obvious the fluids of choice, but juice, tea and soup broth are also acceptable. Water in other forms can be of help too. Hot beverages can be soothing to sore throat and can even help with decongestion. Also recommended is gargling salt water, and inhaling moist air, possibly through a humidifier.

In natural medicine, colds are looked at as the body's way of detoxifying. During the autumn and winter, our bodies actually attempt to harmonize with the season. The body then condenses waste and cleanses excess mucus and congestions from tissue, which will improve circulation and get the blood pumping to keep us warm.
